Do I need to know how to code?
No. You can start with a pre-built turnkey strategy or build your own by picking conditions from the catalog and chaining them together with AND/OR. The process is intuitive and there is no code to write.
Is this a signal group or copy trading?
No. Nobody sends you signals and there is no strategy marketplace. The catalog contains both pre-built turnkey strategies or you can build your own quickly and easily. RaStaBot trades the strategies you set active. Nothing more, nothing less.
Does my computer need to stay on?
No. Your bot runs on our servers around the clock, so you can close the tab and it keeps going. You must turn the power switch off in the bot's control panel for it to be inactive.
Can RaStaBot withdraw my money?
No. Money never flows through RaStaBot and your funds stay in your Bitunix account. You create API keys with trading only permissions (withdrawals disabled), so the bot can only place trades and nothing else. Delete or set the key inactive in Bitunix and RaStaBot is disconnected on the spot.
Which exchange does it work with?
Bitunix Futures. That's USDT-margined perpetual futures on BTC, ETH, SOL and many more coins. Perpetuals never expire, so you can trade long or short with leverage. Every trade and position lives in your own Bitunix account. New to Bitunix? Create an account here.
What happens after the 14-day demo?
Your bot will stop opening new demo positions. Nothing is charged, because there is no card on file. To continue using RaStaBot, hit the Subscribe link in the dashboard. Checkout is via Stripe. When your payment is successful, you can add your Bitunix API keys to begin trading live.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Cancelling stops the next renewal and fees already paid are not refunded.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The full dashboard runs on your phone or tablet, so you can use all of RaStaBot's functions anytime, anywhere.
