These terms constitute the agreement (the "Agreement") between you (the user) and RaStaBot Technologies (the SaaS provider). By signing up to use the RaSta Automated Trading Bot, hereinafter known as "RaStaBot", you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Description

RaStaBot is an automated cryptocurrency trading assistant. It executes trades on your behalf, entering on the strategies you build and exiting on the risk management settings you configure. Market signals and readings are generated through the use of standard market indicators. RaStaBot does not guarantee profits, and neither past performance nor the results of any individual user are indicative of future results.

2. Not Investment Advice

Nothing provided by RaStaBot constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions by creating your own custom strategies and setting your own risk management settings. As a general rule in all trading environments, do not trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.

3. Acknowledgment of Risk

Leveraged cryptocurrency trading carries substantial risk of loss. Markets are highly volatile and can move against your positions rapidly. You acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for any trading losses incurred while using RaStaBot.

4. API Key Security

Your exchange API keys are protected using Fernet symmetric encryption (AES-128-CBC with HMAC-SHA256 authentication), industry-standard cryptography that ensures your keys are both encrypted and tamper-proof. You are responsible for: (a) setting trade-only permissions (no withdrawal access) on your exchange API keys, (b) keeping your exchange API keys secure outside of RaStaBot, (c) keeping your RaStaBot credentials secure.

5. Service Availability

RaStaBot is provided "as-is" without any uptime guarantees. Service may be interrupted by: exchange outages, network issues, maintenance windows, system updates, or new feature deployments. We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. All open positions, trade states, and user settings are fully preserved across restarts.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use RaStaBot for market manipulation, (b) share your credentials with others, (c) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, (d) use the service to violate any applicable laws or exchange terms of service, (e) create additional accounts to repeatedly obtain free demo periods. One person may register one account, and accounts created to evade demo limits may be disabled.

7. Subscription & Billing

An active subscription is required to open new trades. If your subscription expires: new trade entries are blocked, but existing open positions continue to be managed. Your SL and TP live on the exchange, and the bot will continue to monitor your positions if you had a trailing stop set. You will not lose existing positions due to subscription status.

8. Data Handling

We store: your encrypted exchange API keys, your trading configuration and strategies, and your account's trade history. Your email address is used for account recovery and service notices. We use cookies only for core functionality: 1) your login session; and 2) a device identifier used solely for security and abuse prevention (such as limiting repeat free-demo signups). RaStaBot does not use advertising or analytics cookies. For the same security and abuse prevention purposes we record your IP address at signup. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. 9. Limitation of Liability

RaStaBot, its creators, and parent company, Riff Raff Holding, LLC are not liable for any trading losses, missed trades, or damages arising from use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion. Existing positions will continue to be managed until closed. Termination, whether initiated by you or by us, may forfeit the monthly subscription rate you originally signed up for (the "lifetime pricing guarantee"). If you re-subscribe after termination, pricing will be at the then-current monthly subscription rate, which may differ from any introductory rate or special pricing available at any previous time.

11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of RaStaBot, including but not limited to claims of trading losses, service interruptions, missed opportunities, or damages of any kind, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, and not by court litigation, jury trial, or class action. Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and shall take place in the state of Florida, USA. Furthermore, you expressly and specifically agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against RaStaBot Technologies, Riff Raff Holding, LLC, its owners, officers, or affiliates. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney fees. By accepting these Terms of Service, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to: 1) a trial by jury or judge in a court of law; 2) initiate or participate in any class action lawsuit.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or email. You may be required to re-accept the updated Terms of Service at the administrator's request before continuing to use the service.
