1. Service Description
RaStaBot is an automated cryptocurrency trading assistant. It executes trades on your behalf based on user-configured settings and market signals generated through the use of standard market indicators. RaStaBot does not guarantee profits, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
2. Not Investment Advice
Nothing provided by RaStaBot constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. We strongly recommend that you do not trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.
3. Acknowledgment of Risk
Leveraged cryptocurrency trading carries substantial risk of loss. Markets are highly volatile and can move against your positions rapidly. You acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for any trading losses incurred while using RaStaBot.
4. API Key Security
Your exchange API keys are protected using Fernet symmetric encryption (AES-128-CBC with HMAC-SHA256 authentication), an industry-standard cryptographic scheme that ensures your keys are both encrypted and tamper-proof. You are responsible for: (a) setting trade-only permissions (no withdrawal access) on your exchange API keys, and (b) keeping your RaStaBot credentials secure.
5. Service Availability
RaStaBot is provided "as-is" without any uptime guarantees. Service may be interrupted by: exchange outages, network issues, maintenance windows, system updates, or new feature deployments. We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. All open positions, trade states, and user settings are fully preserved across restarts.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use RaStaBot for market manipulation, (b) share your credentials with others, (c) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, (d) use the service to violate any applicable laws or exchange terms of service.
7. Subscription & Billing
An active subscription is required to open new trades. If your subscription expires: new trade entries are blocked, but existing open positions continue to be managed (TSL, stop-loss, and take-profit remain active). You will not lose existing positions due to subscription status.
8. Data Handling
We store: encrypted API keys, trading configuration, and anonymized trade logs for performance analysis. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Trade data is used in aggregate form to improve the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
RaStaBot, its creators, and parent company, Riff Raff Holding, LLC are not liable for any trading losses, missed trades, or damages arising from use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion. Existing positions will continue to be managed until closed. Termination, whether initiated by you or by us, forfeits your lifetime pricing guarantee. If you re-subscribe after termination, pricing will be based on the tier available at the time of re-enrollment.
11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this agreement or the use of RaStaBot, including but not limited to claims of trading losses, service interruptions, or damages of any kind, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, and not by court litigation, jury trial, or class action. Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and shall take place in the state of Florida, USA. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Riff Raff Holding, LLC, its owners, officers, or affiliates. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney fees. By accepting these Terms of Service, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to a trial by jury and to participate in a class action.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or email. You may be required to re-accept the updated Terms of Service at the administrator's request before continuing to use the service.
